Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Kolf Maison accepts returns and issues refunds only when a product arrives damaged, is defective in materials or workmanship, or was shipped in error by Kolf Maison. Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, incorrect model, color, or configuration selected by the customer at checkout, change of mind, or any reason other than a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error.

This policy governs monetary refunds requested within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date for products that arrive damaged, defective, or as the result of a Kolf Maison fulfillment error. For issues identified after 30 days but within the one year period from purchase, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which provides repair or replacement rather than a refund.

Condition & Packaging Requirements

All returned products must be received in the condition necessary to confirm the reported damage or defect and must include all original packaging and components where possible. This includes original tags, labels, dust bags, protective sleeves, inserts, accessories, documentation, and any accompanying materials provided with the product at the time of purchase.

Products returned in a condition inconsistent with the reported issue, or missing components without explanation, may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at the sole discretion of Kolf Maison following inspection.

Kolf Maison reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Usage & Wear Verification

All returns are subject to inspection to confirm the reported issue is a genuine defect and not damage resulting from use. Any indication that a product has been used on the golf course, transported in play, exposed to outdoor conditions, or otherwise used beyond standard product evaluation may result in the return being declined or a partial refund being issued.

Examples of use that do not qualify as a defect include but are not limited to grass marks, dirt, moisture exposure, worn straps, creasing of materials, club insertion marks, base wear, localized abrasion at points of repeated contact, or stress marks on structural components such as stand mechanisms.

Kolf Maison reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is a covered defect or normal wear from use.

What's Not Covered — Refund Ineligibility

A refund or exchange will not be issued if any of the following apply:

The return is requested for reasons other than a confirmed product defect, damage in transit, or a Kolf Maison fulfillment error, including incorrect model, color, or configuration selected by the customer, or change of mind.

The item shows any sign of use, including but not limited to grass marks, dirt, moisture exposure, creasing, club insertion marks, base wear, scuffing, or localized abrasion at points of repeated contact such as where clubs, shafts, straps, buckles, or cart mounts rest against the bag.

Original packaging, tags, labels, dust bags, protective sleeves, inserts, accessories, or documentation are missing, altered, or damaged without explanation consistent with the reported defect.

The return request is submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, or an approved item is not shipped back within the authorized return window.

The item was purchased under promotional pricing, bundle incentives, or a Kolf Maison Course Bundle Savings code, in which case any refund is subject to the discount recalculation described below.

The item is a Limited Edition or Special Release designated as final sale at the time of purchase.

The item was lost, damaged, or altered during return transit due to inadequate packaging or a shipping method that was not trackable and insured.

A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with a bank or payment provider prior to contacting Kolf Maison support.

The item shows indication of temporary or event based use, including tournament, travel, or photoshoot use, with the apparent intent to return it afterward.

No return authorization ticket was opened with Kolf Maison prior to shipping the item back.

Kolf Maison reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility in all cases described above.

Return Processing, Handling & Restocking Fee

A flat $50 Return Processing, Handling, and Restocking Fee applies to all approved golf bag returns and exchanges and will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects the inspection, reconditioning, and administrative work required to process a return of a limited production item.

Event Use & Temporary Use Prohibition

Products purchased from Kolf Maison may not be used for temporary purposes such as tournaments, travel, events, photoshoots, short term use, or similar activities with the intention of returning the item afterward.

Returns that show indications of temporary use may be declined in order to preserve fairness for all customers and maintain the integrity of the brand's limited production model.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly authorized by Kolf Maison, including for approved defect and damage claims.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping costs, duties, customs fees, taxes, and any related carrier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Kolf Maison does not provide prepaid return labels unless explicitly stated in writing during the return authorization process.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable and insured shipping method. Kolf Maison is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.

Responsibility During Return Transit

Returned products remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected by Kolf Maison.

If a returned item is lost, damaged, or altered during return transit, the return may be denied. Customers are encouraged to securely package items and insure the shipment for the full product value when sending items back.

Return Timeframe & Processing

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within the timeframe specified in the return authorization instructions. Items returned outside the approved timeframe may not be accepted.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt to confirm the reported defect. If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the Return Processing, Handling, and Restocking Fee where applicable, within a reasonable processing period following inspection and approval.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Discount Adjustment on Partial Returns

Orders that benefited from promotional pricing, bundle incentives, or tiered cart discounts are subject to recalculation if a partial return is requested.

If returning one or more items causes the remaining order value to fall below the original promotional threshold, the applicable discount will be recalculated based on the revised order subtotal. Any excess discount previously applied will be deducted from the refund amount.

This policy ensures that promotional pricing remains fair and cannot be misused through selective returns.

Customer purchases three items

Kolf Maison Golf Bag — $549
Aura Travel Bag — $269
Head Cover Set — $269

Subtotal: $1,087
15 percent discount applied: –$163.05
Total paid: $923.95

If the customer returns the Head Cover Set ($269)

The revised subtotal becomes $818 which only qualifies for a 5 percent discount.

Correct 5 percent discount on $818 = –$40.90
Over applied discount = $122.15
Refund issued = $269 – $122.15 = $146.85

Kolf Maison reserves the right to recalculate and adjust refunds accordingly in order to maintain the integrity of promotional pricing.

Limited Edition & Special Products

Certain products may be designated as limited production items or special releases. Due to the limited availability of these products, returns may be subject to additional conditions or may be marked as final sale where permitted by applicable law.

Any such conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Before placing your order, you are solely responsible for verifying all details including product model, divider configuration, color selection, quantity, and any customization or personalization specifications. Orders placed with an incorrect selection are not eligible for return or exchange, as this does not constitute a product defect.

Kolf Maison processes orders promptly. Once an order enters fulfillment, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with a bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider before contacting Kolf Maison customer support, the order may become ineligible for standard return or refund processing while the dispute investigation is underway.

Kolf Maison reserves the right to provide order documentation, shipping confirmations, delivery records, and product condition evidence to the relevant financial institutions in order to contest fraudulent or invalid chargeback claims.

Repeated returns, suspicious activity, or abuse of the return policy may result in future orders being restricted or declined.

Final Determination

All returns are subject to verification and approval by Kolf Maison. The company reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
