United States Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with the same attention to detail that defines every Kolf Maison product.

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5 to 9 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, carrier logistics, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volumes. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and released to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Kolf Maison ships internationally via FedEx, UPS, and DHL for fast and reliable global delivery. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and available service levels.

Orders shipping to Canada and Europe take an estimated 6 to 10 business days. Orders shipping to the rest of the world take an estimated 10 to 14 business days. These timeframes cover transit only and do not include standard order processing time. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not included in shipping timeframes.

Shipping rates, duties, taxes, and applicable import fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and available carrier options, so total cost is clear before you complete your purchase.

P.O. Box Restriction

Kolf Maison does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If an order includes a P.O. Box as the shipping address, it will be delayed until a valid street address is provided. Contact kolfmaison@kolfmaison.com to update shipping details.

Free Shipping

Kolf Maison offers complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $400 USD. Orders below this threshold will have shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping costs displayed at checkout represent the full shipping charge for the order unless otherwise stated. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, which are calculated at checkout as described above.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may extend slightly during holidays, high demand periods, product launches, or limited edition releases.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

Kolf Maison works with FedEx, UPS, and DHL for both domestic and international delivery to ensure secure and reliable service. The specific carrier used may vary depending on destination, order size, and logistical considerations. All shipments include tracking information so customers can monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Kolf Maison cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules or transit times once the package has been released.

If delivery delays occur, our support team will assist in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue whenever possible.

Risk of Loss and Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Given the value and limited production nature of Kolf Maison golf bags, signature confirmation is required on all bag shipments. Delivery confirmation, including carrier tracking records, photographic delivery confirmation, or signature confirmation, serves as proof of successful delivery.

Kolf Maison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Kolf Maison is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Issues or Carrier Claims

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact kolfmaison@kolfmaison.com within a reasonable timeframe so that we can assist with the carrier investigation process. Carrier investigations may take time depending on the shipping provider and circumstances.

Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may be subject to verification or review before shipment. Kolf Maison reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refund orders that cannot be verified or that appear to involve fraudulent activity.

Returns and Order Accuracy

Return shipping responsibility, eligibility, and the $50 Return Processing, Handling, and Restocking Fee are governed in full by our Return & Refund Policy. Orders are eligible for return only in the case of a confirmed defect, damage, or Kolf Maison fulfillment error, and customers are solely responsible for verifying model, color, configuration, and quantity before completing checkout.
